DSB advises employers on complicated labor and employee relations issues including onboarding, wage and hour issues, recordkeeping requirements, employee classifications, employee discipline, internal complaints of harassment or discrimination, leaves of absence, independent contractor agreements, reductions in force, and individual separations from employment. We also work with our clients to draft documents and policies that comply with evolving federal, state, and local laws, including offer letters, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements, employee handbooks and onboarding materials.
