Alexandra Elias is an Associate at Dealy Silberstein & Braverman, LLP.

Alexandra represents clients in commercial litigation and employment matters, including discrimination based on disability, gender, retaliation, sexual harassment, and wage and hour claims. She also represents multi-employer welfare and pension plans and contributing employers in delinquent contribution and withdrawal liability claims arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA").  In addition, Alexandra reviews and aids in the negotiation and drafting of employment and severance agreements on behalf of executives and professional employees.

While at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Alexandra authored articles for and served as Symposium Editor on Cardozo’s Journal of International & Comparative Law.  Prior to joining DSB, Alexandra interned at entertainment law firms where she assisted in a variety of matters, including the reviewing and drafting of various agreements, legal research and drafting of legal memoranda.
