Erica Weser is an Associate at Dealy Silberstein & Braverman, LLP
Erica represents clients in commercial litigation and employment matters, including discrimination based on disability and gender, retaliation, sexual harassment and wage and hour claims. She also represents multi-employer welfare and pension plans and contributing employers in delinquent contribution and withdrawal liability claims arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). In addition, Erica reviews and aids in the negotiation and drafting of employment and severance agreements on behalf of executives and professional employees.
While at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Erica authored an article for and served on Cardozo’s Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Erica was also a mediator with the Benjamin N. Cardozo Mediation Clinic where she mediated cases in Brooklyn and Manhattan small claims courts.
