Sonali Setia is an Associate at Dealy Silberstein & Braverman, LLP.

Sonali represents clients in commercial litigation and a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination based on disability, age, race, gender and pregnancy, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour and whistleblower claims. She also represents multi-employer welfare and pension plans and contributing employers in delinquent contribution and withdrawal liability claims arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"). In addition, Sonali counsels clients regarding executive compensation issues, and reviews and aids in the negotiation and drafting of employment, severance and consulting agreements on behalf of executives and professional employees.

While at St. John’s University School of Law, Sonali authored articles for and served on St. John’s Journal of International & Comparative Law and New York International Law Review. Prior to joining DSB, Sonali interned at an employment firm where she assisted in a variety of matters, including the drafting of opening statements, closing statements and post-hearing briefs for arbitrations.
