Amanda E. Maguire is an Associate at Dealy Silberstein & Braverman, LLP

Amanda represents clients in commercial litigation and a wide range of employment litigation matters including discrimination based on disability, age, race, gender and pregnancy, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour and whistleblowing.  She also represents multi-employer welfare and pension plans and contributing employers in delinquent contribution and withdrawal liability claims arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"). In addition to her services in litigation matters, Amanda counsels clients regarding executive compensation issues, and aids in the negotiation and drafting of employment, severance and consulting agreements on behalf of executives and professional employees.

Amanda graduated cum laude from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University with honors in Procedural Law and Labor and Employment Law.  While at Hofstra Law, Amanda served as the Managing Editor of Staff of Volume 31 of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.  She also interned in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and was a Summer Law Clerk at Jackson Lewis P.C.
